Wheels for Bolink Digger

Post by Dirtdiver »

I have an old Bolink digger with the stock four bolt pattern rear wheels on foam tires. I would like to install vintage rubber tires on the rear but am unsure what offroad wheels would work with the digger four bolt pattern. Does anyone know which vintage wheels would fit? Or could someone tell me if anyone ever made a wheel adaptor for the digger?

Thank-you

I think Bolink themselves offered off road tires/wheels for the 4 bolt. Havent seen many lately though...

Proline had some wheels to run rubber (their Hawg on road tire) for pan cars, I am not sure though if you could run other tires on them. I will post a pic if I find them. They also offered them for the Tamiya F1 cars.

Not sure if this helps, but I came across this in an old (2003) thread on another forum:
Proline made onroad rims and tires that fit pan cars, you'll need to raise the body or enlarge the wheel wells by 1/2 inch or more.
Advanced Designs, C&M Mfg, TRC made adapter for offroad vehicles to use pan car wheels. Now there are adapters to run touring car tires.
*EDIT* Also some good info found here on rctech
