Everytime i get a project going i have to sell it to support my family. With only one income and a wife and three kids at home its not easy sometimes.

Holy crap Mike. It's kind of crazy how much my life has paralleled yours recently (seemingly anyway). Sorry, I know that's a freakshow thing to say. BUT.... I was working on a B2/B3 project at the same time you were. I recently sold mine off in parts - it was becoming too costly (gathered all NIP tranny parts). I recently picked up an outrage in rough condition that will become my Ultima. In fact I was watching the parts lot you recently sold, and would have taken it near the end if my paypal had been >0. I too am a father of 3, with a stay @ home wife. I haven't sold anything off FOR the family, but all of my investments in RC have come from unneeded other RC stuff!! Hope my Ultima turns out as nice as yours. Are you going to run it? I'm planning on using mine.

I love the golds as well. I got 3 of them as well as 4 Duratrax
golds in with the RC10 lot that became my runner. At first I put the Associated shocks on it, but later decided the gold Kyoshos felt much better and threw those on it. Now that I have the Ultima project, I think it will be reclaiming its shocks!

Agree, back in the “old days”, lots off the non Kyosho drivers used the Kyosho gold shocks on there cars, and that says everything I think!bdrmbully wrote:best ole school shocks everrrrrrrrr lol
