Re: Resto Project B2 - UPDATED W/ FINAL PICS
It does seem that some pick stuff apart (no offense intended). Mine might not be perfect, but it has been sitting on my desk for over a month now and I just wanted to get it on all fours. I figured I would keep searching for the anal retentive parts and replace them as I go.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Re: Resto Project B2 - UPDATED W/ FINAL PICS
are the b-2 specific front shock towers hard to find?
I noticed that my lhs has both the graphite and fiberglass ones in stock, didn't think to write down the part# though.

My LHS has some B2 parts still.

I'm back! I was 'Northy' but my profile got screwed

Now this is getting interesting. Now I'm wondering if the one I found is a 'pure' B2.
I still need those inner rings for the 3 piece wheels. And the battery hold down rod.

Looks like you have a B2 sport with some Team shocks added. If you look at my builds on this thread http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=10942 You will see all the things that make it a B2.

strange...my arms have 3 positions. So do the shock towers. And yes the team shocks, cvd's and Firehawk motor are off my old worlds car.

Re: Resto Project B2 - UPDATED W/ FINAL PICS
Ive just restored one and now showing these B4s why it is such a good car. This is the best carpet racing buggy ive ever driven. Ive added a 200 g flat brass batt plate so i can better balance the car with my Lipos. Fibrelyte in the uk does the front and rear shock towers for B2 and 3 so worth looking at if you get stuck. The carbon fibre weave is much stronger.
