i tried the same thing i have several id sell but no axcess lol...i made a paypal and ebay account but no sells or buys so they wont let u in i guess...i thought after bein a member for a month or so it would let me in but i still cant get axcess...so now im gunna buy a few random things on ebay and maybe sell too so i can get in
