Log in problems

Post by Tadracket »

Am I the only one that has log in problems on this site? Normally I get booted after 30 minutes or so. OK, I can deal with that. No biggie. But today, every time I go to reply, I have to retype my name and password. Then I have to hit the back button and copy then paste my message in a new reply or retype it all over again. Maybe the IT department is playing with the firewall here. I don't know. Anyone else experiencing any problems?

That's the first thing I checked. I added rc10talk to the exceptions list to allow. Let's see how that works out.

Well, that did not work so I opened (gulp) IE. Explorer did the same thing. I am going to chalk this up to either a server issue here at the college or it could have something to do with the group policies from Novell. Tomorrow, I will delete the group policies and reboot. Never mind, they took my admin rights when I left the IT department and those are hidden folders. Oh well. I will just have to deal with it I guess.
