reproing sassy chassis for the RC10

Post by AYKBOBCAT »

Hello

I may have an opportunity to get chassis parts reproduced with a CNC machines. For example I have a sassy chassis as a model that could be modified by adding stealth tranny mounting holes and possibly a bend along the side edges to reduce flex.

I'm just wondering if there would be interest for this kind of parts. I'm not a CNC expert, far from it, but apparently it's not to hard to replicate flat parts. We're not talking about milling parts here.

I know it's all matter of price but price is usually lower when larger quantities are produced. I should find out later this week how much it would cost me to replicate something like a sassy chassis.

Of course other parts could be done later. This would be a try for now in limited quantities.

In this thread you can see the sassy chassis for the RC10 (second orange buggy).

If you have suggestions on what parts would be nice to have made, go for it. Adding a picture would help as my contact dosen't know anything about R/C.

Pesonally I'd like a copy of the AYK ProRadiant and Radiant in either thik carbon fiber or aluminum
