That's really too hard to choose. I have a few cars and I like them for certain reasons. A few standouts would be...

Frog because it was my first hobby quality RC car.

RC10 because anybody who had one just dominated at the track. I got one with no bearings and it was dissapointingly slow. I had to save for the bearing kit.

HPI RS4 I seriously wanted this car badly and would stare at the promo sheet daily until I could get one.

I'll add my tuppence worth..... in no real order...

PB Mini Mustang - as a great fun buggy you could bash the daylights out of, and it would usually just keep coming.

Schumacher Nitro 10 truck - started a whole infatuation with me after I got my first one back in the day, to the point where I have 15 or more of them now! Must get one running......

Schumacher Big 6 electric - Just because it's big and simple and goofy.... just like me!

Tamiya M03 Mini - just the simplest car that continually brings a grin to the face while driving....

2. Turbo Optima - my first "high performance" RC car; best with a belt conversion
3. Rocky - IMO one of the most underrated cars of the 80s - fast out of the box, easily upgradable and that chain sounds fantastic!
4. Hornet - my first hobby grade RC car

I thought about bringing it this year just to give it a spin around the track for a few laps, but decided against it at the last minute. It's too new to run in the MT class. My Sassy Clod will be ready for next year though, it's definitely coming. Got to rebuild the gearboxes and install the electrics and it will be done.

Everyone is listing vintage, so I'd say the Hotshot as it was my first r/c and still love running it today.
I have a Samurai that I am looking forward to running (some day) and the Wild Willy M38 was a blast back in the 80s!

For today, I love my micro stuff-- my Micro-T is always ready for a run (it's in the storage bin of my truck) and my Blade MCX is a blast during break time at work (especially the clients with 3 story lobbies!). I also enjoy the Slash as I can bring it to all family functions and everyone gets a go at it--- even my 3-yr-old niece loves it. Then I just use the air chuck to clean off the major debris and it's ready for the next race day!

Yeah, those are the plastic T-Rex's that I modded the spools when they stripped out.
