I can easily see spending more money on different bodies for it, than on the truck itself!

Oh yeah, the boides are $30-$50 by themselves. The bug body I obviously have to get and the dune buggy body once it's available.

I bet these will sweeten the VW/Dune Buggy deal even more:

http://www.prolineracing.com/products/Mohawk_SC_2_2_3_0_Mounted_on_Split_Six_Red_Black_Bead_Loc_for_Slash_Front-450-68.html

It's gonna get expensive...

I HAVE to get one of those dune buggies so I can make a replica of the Cox gas powered dune buggy that I had as a kid. I hope I can find some metallic purple somewhere.

I can see about a minimum of $150+ being dumped on several (too cool to pass up) bodies alone...and several different sets of tires & wheels too?...Paddles, all terrains, bead lock Prolines, RPM Revolvers....now Traxxas is gonna produce licensed BFG All Terrains too?!

What's next? Jackman wheel replica's & scale VW patterned Centerlines?!

Hmmm, Baja Bug, Dune Buggy, Carnage....UGHHH! I can't choose!

This is one of those "be careful what you wish for" type trucks...Just like the original RC10's & Ultima's, the sky's the limit on modifications.

If someone releases an old school Ivan Stewart Toyota replica or Roger Mears Nissan, I'll go broke!
