How Rare Are Trackmaster Parts?

Post by LTO_Dave »

I recently bought a used Trackmaster graphite chassis, graphite X Caliber direct drive tranny with original instructions, and graphite Turbo Glide belt drive tranny for my oval RC10 project, and wanted to know if these parts are fairly common or hard to find? :?:

I paid less than $25 for each piece, which I thought was a steal. The chassis has some scratches, but both trannies are super-clean.

This site has inspired me to build a vintage carpet oval RC10 like I never had the cash to build when I raced as a kid. And so far I've obtained mostly NIP parts from AE, RPM, Andy's, McAllister and See's to keep things simple and period-correct. I'll be sure to start a build thread soon.
