Agreed, I'm doing the same thing with a box of Associated parts; a short-course truck like this (once the rear wheels are in stock someplace) and a late-model tub-chassis buggy. Monetarily it's a wash with the RC10T, since I would need a new body and tires to get it running anyway, but the buggy needs a few parts. Still, either way it is cheaper than buying a new car or truck, and it is more environmentally responsible (legit) by reusing as much as possible.73cuda2 wrote:Awesome work, Its good to see people with skill sets putting them to good use! That welded chassis is awesome, I wish I had skills like that. Has anybody tried using epoxy/JB Weld/fiberglass repair kit to make something like that out of fiberglass?
