Post by tizeye »

Won this the other day http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270420913653&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&salenotsupported I'm really impressed with the quality of the build but not so impressed with all of the holes...still it's a cool looking car...

HOLEY C%^P! Just kidding the car looks beautiful but I guess the holes would grate on my nerves as well, finding a black pan shouldn’t be too hard but finding one to match the level of the rest of the car may prove to be a bit more difficult you could always go CF or graphite?

The chassis is not inexpensive, well at least not to me $127 stirling? The thread kind of explains it and gives a link to the manufacturer. You could also go with a used car for parts or if it’s going to be a runner maybe a chassis protector to close up the holes to prevent dirt from accumulating and run as is. I looked at the auction and that’s a real nice car, really nice.

Thanks but when converted to NZ dollars it's $317  plus shipping that's a little more than I'd like to pay....and it is a very very nice car I'm even more impressed now that I have it..the guy who owned it used the best of everything ..I'm very happy with it..
