Funny, i've had this chassis for a year, almost cut it up for another upcomming build--then
the TQ76's, later the same day (you know where) some NIP 2.0 TQ rims, turnbuckles and
it hit me! Thats how most of my builds are, some other tires that a really cool guy with bad musical taste gave me set me on a renewed virility for some boxed projects!
Well, the build is finished, just need a protech II body. Sorry about the poor pics--my son
made our Nikon D take a dive off the table-and it's taken me this long to find all the junk for the old digi--anyway here she is
Well, I thought i'd get some feedback here--I have the raw steel turnbuckles and universals like the box art--just a little leary of squaring off an unrun chassis.
He also wanted a new drug.... and if this is it, please let him know...
If it was me I would look for a decent used chassis and square it. I would have a difficult time hacking away.
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

+1. Cut up a used chassis and if you really, really like it then do it to the new one. Better that then do all the cutting to the new chassis wish you hadn't.
Could you guys tell me the differences between a regular RC10 Graphite and a RC10 Graphite Team car besides the obvious...teflon shocks and stealth tranny? thanks in advance!

Thanks guys I found exactly what I needed thanks to you guys. I appreciate it.
what i mean to say is i have seen alot of parts for the rc10 nib, but in team losi performance packages why is that??? here is a ebay item for example...

The part(s) you are specifically referring to in the ebay link is the hydra drive for the stealth transmission. This consists of an adapter type top shaft that is stealth compatible on the gearbox side and accepts the Losi proprietary teched...
Has taken me since Christmas but finally getting there this is my RC10 graphite 6 gear rebuild, sorry i did not do a step by step photos. Was such a pleasure to build following the original instruction manual, this one i will not be racing :-)
Do you notice any handling differences between the RC10 graphite team car and the RC10 team car with tub chassis (both fitted with white nylon parts throughout)?
I haven't driven either yet. Been a while...greetings all :)

I would say the tub chassis has more flex and probably a lot bigger sweet spot for setup
So, I found a local rc10 for sale. No info in the Craigslist add, but the picture seemed interesting so I checked it out. Turned out to be a 6 gear car with long arms, and partial truck conversion, sort of:
So, I bought it. Couldn't resist....

Back when the Deans connectors had 4 mini pins, not the 2 big ones of today.
I bought this car a few weeks ago from Evilpay, shady pictures, nice buy-it-now and a missing link in my collection. Well I already have a few Graphite chassis but all of them are drilled for the Stealth and hopped-up. I couldn't beleive my eyes...

Why add the motor guard? :? I'd think the TQ21/71 would be the final touch. It's a really nice car!
