Little brothers 10T

After rebuilding my RC10T, my little brother wanted me to fix his up too. We sanded down the chassis and had it re-anodized. Rebuilt the Stealth differential. Installed T2 cvds with new hub carriers. We scored the tires from our local hobby shop for $10 a pair. I painted up the T2 body with my Harbor Freight airbrush. He was happy to have it back in action.

He took back possession of his truck once he saw it. Here's a picture of the wheel I found on Losi's website. The tires are called Smashers and the wheel's came mounted to them.

How did you get the tires/wheels for $10? Retail is $27.99 shop cost is $13.99!

Insane huh? My local hobby shop is running a special on them right now. The owner said they got a deal on some and they're passing on the savings. Check out Fast Track Hobbies online. I'm not sure if they're runnning the same deal through their online store though.
