What your workstation looks like?

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

If holes are small in diameter stuff them with rock wool insulation or good fiberglass insulation. If holes are larger, like 2" or bigger use these options.

Option #1- use the encapsulated fiberglass insulation(insulation that's enclosed in plastic) Cut small pieces, stuff the holes with the plastic facing up, then use low expansion spray foam around perimeter of each piece which gives a nice seal.

Option #2- stuff with rock wool insulation or R-30 insulation, cut rigid insulation to shape of hole, seal with low expansion fiberglass.

Option 2 will give you the highest R value.

Run a bead of the low expansion foam all along that edge between those large holes(between shed and wood)

R-30 for the ceiling, R-13 or greater for the walls. Follow these steps and you'll stay toasty. Only problem will be the floor unless you can get under the shed and insulate in between the floor joist's with encapulated R-30 batt's.
If things seem under control, you are just not going fast enough.

Damn, I forgot about the floor... :? Thanks for the input! I trust the guys on here more than anywhere else. It gets damn cold around here. :( Especially when the ol' lady is mad at me...

Adding bubble wrap to those small single pane windows is a cheap alternative for insulating them. Spray with windex and apply the large bubble-bubble wrap. Peal it off in the summer. sounds crazy but is cheap and adds more insulating to your barn.

Add weatherstrip to those double doors also

I've gotten a couple large lots of cars/parts in the last 4 months, so I figured I better make a larger area to spread them out on...nothing fancy at all, just functional. Next step is some pegboard to hang parts bags/wheels/tires/etc, and some shelves on the wall. Had to run some new e- wiring to this side of the basement also. I have a 32" LCD that will go in the big empty space over my bench when I have time to get it done.
You can see there is plenty in the "queue" to keep me busy...and there are maybe 12 or so more that just don't have table space right now...

The black shelves are my runners...

But you do get a high five for being organized. I wish my space was more in tune with what I see here.

I'm not OCD about it...it's not always this nice. I cleaned it up somewhat to make it presentable. Mostly, it's just because I get really miffed when I know I have something right here someplace, but I can't find it.
Thanks though

This is my workstation,

EDIT: decided to bring my complete/painted cars out of the storage room and in viewing sight. Went with a linear display as when they are stacked you can't see the lower shelve cars as well.
