That is a Proline Nissan Hardbody. Back in my days of racing Modified Blackfoot, that was my body of choice.

looks very roadrunner-ish. is it a full size TC or a mini?

I think Roadrunner mini, I have an Xpress and the top plates are longer. Is the chassis FRP or Carbon Fiber? Here's a pick of the mini

Xpress Mini car : 962K GTO was the name it was imported under originally

Xpress 1/10: Probably an Xpress Junior, the Roadrunner had red anodize on most of the parts.

It appears to be a 2WD conversion with different topplate and steering set-up. Maybe a private initiative to be able to compete in a 2WD class.
