I'm pretty sure the winning bidder can deal with it. As far as mark-up the auction started at a penny with no reserve.

Real collectors are going to look past mismatched and less than stellar parts. Essentially Asa is just buying the MIP 4wd kit and transmission.

Actually I needed the box! Don't have that one!
I will rebuild the car using a new chassis and parts.
Got your message, thank you aconsola.

Don't forget he also got some dirt from my front yard! The mismatched parts are what I had laying around that I could use to drive it. I did not want to waste expensive NIP or mint shocks, wheels/tires, and chassis on a build to just get them dirty. After gently running once I had a change of heart and decided that there would be better choices for a runner. I have several other projects and did not want to spend the money it would take to get this one properly restored.

I like the look of the sassy, and was going to use it on another build, but it was flexy as hell, so I sold it. I did keep the Litesink though. 8)

The auction was essentially for the MIP kit, the rest is just a $40 beater to house the parts.
I did not expect it to go anywhere near what it did, but I don't mind the end result.
It's in the mail Asa!

yours holes for the steering look pretty good for the SP-45 conversion. This chassis I cut is for the chain drive though. The bellcranks are in a different spot.

How so? Oh and thanks a lot for all the pictures I have been frantically saving them to my hard drive. Cheers.
