I love those old stadium truck videos. spent many an hour watching TNN world of motorsports I must say those super stadium trucks are pretty awesome, surprised they aren't banned for being "unsafe" in this day and age. This is probably the wildest end to any race that I've seen. xGNrlaeFF2U

Looking good, but please give some commentary on how you made it your own? (ie. white parts). And the batteries 8) etc. That Reedy motor looks great, do you have any more info on it? Did you package up the motor like that? Thanks everyone, I'll post all the details at the end of the build what ever...

All jokes aside that is exactly what should happen due to the differential in the gearbox.

That's an expensive way to do it

From memory it was one of the first few steps in building the truck and if you didn't put it in when they said you had to disassemble half the truck to do so.

Now that I have enough balls to tackle this I thought I'd start putting it together. It has gone together quite well so far and has been fun, the sotted screws really add to the experience :lol: The diff feels great considering it is a strange design, and the diff adjustment is a PITA though so hope...

Funny thing is my wife said "what are you building?"

I said "a stadium truck"

She said "are you building it for someone else or yourself"

I said "me"

She said "it looks weird, it's not like your usual thing"

8 mins was 1/12 racing

I finally got some 10wt oil and it was well........ useless :lol: it could have worked in the rear but would never have worked in the front. And after a long and extensive shock screwing around session I've finally got it in the ball park, not perfect yet but I'll wait and make the final adjustments...
