Re: Capo GTR / Nissan SkyLine GT-R R34

Long story short, I paid a visit to my pulmonologist on Monday and got a very good report -- no cancer and no more tests, praise God! Maybe there's still time to finish this and a pile of other hobby projects. :D Thant is excellent news, Doug!! Glad to hear it. When it comes to the Vette I know exa...

Re: Associated's '89 Stealth car (RC10GX)

I may have missed it somewhere in the thread, but do you have the proper electronics for it too? CX-III esc's and ps87 servos were already a hard and pricey find. But with the availability of this kit, for those that really want a Masami replica, at auction..... be prepared to pay. No, unfo...

Re: Maxxum FF to the lineup

It has been a while, but I've finally started on the paint and decals. As the body has a scoop there's no way of applying a decal and getting it right. So I decided to paint the blue, orange and red. The MCA decal sheet is way to big to scale, so I'll have to cut and paste..probably order some 1.0 m...

Re: Maxxum FF to the lineup

How did these things go back in the day? I would have thought FWD would be an advantage on the loose tracks we had back then. They probably suffered a little on acceleration, but we didn't have crazy jumps to get over. I remember seeing the FF in RCCA  and thinking Kyosho was onto something....

Re: Graphite RC10 with fuzzy dice

I couldn't help myself. There will be a shorter summer break from the build, but just had to tinker a bit.
Not all parts are sourced yet, but that will get sorted along the way.
Black 8-32 aluminum screws and 4-40 lock nuts are from Fasteners Express.

Hard coated and gold shock caps

Hi guys, I have multiple RC10s and an Element Gatekeeper and I started looking at the original shocks (42078) for the Gatekeeper. I had to check and it shows that the enduro shock caps fits on the old RC10 shock bodies. You will need to purchase the pivot balls (42041) as the cap for the enduros has...
