Re: Quadra-symmetric RC10
Hey, I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I haven't shared any of my 3d-models. Sharing 3d's would be cool if making a design would take like half an hour. Usually it takes a lot of time and many iterations. Also a single part have embedded design information in it. It's not just a part. It's what ...

Re: RC10DS - 1970 Chevy Chevelle
Huh? That's news to me if the blue anno tub is longer then the black tub..... It’s not that that blue was longer than normal- it was the same as a regular GT. The NDS was however a shorter chassis than the GT and carried a different part number- 8815 That's why i love this forum...thank you GoMachV...

"Just a Slash" No Prep Drag Car
With No Prep rc drag racing growing rapidly here in southern Oregon, I decided to build my second attempt at a drag car build. I wanted sort of a "sleeper". Anyone looking to see what I'm running will, at first glance, see it's just another Traxxas Slash. I tried to add a few go-fast goodi...

Re: "Just a Slash" No Prep Drag Car
It's sort of funny when you think about it. Weeks of stressing over parts shortages, countless hours of planning, building and testing. About $1000, and the ol'lady is frowning at every penny. In the end it all comes down to a moment less than 3 seconds long that ends with your toy car being just a ...

Re: Any Idahoans? Considering a move...
I went to U of I up in Moscow. Liberal college town if you are into that scene. Southern Idaho can get pretty hot and dry and Utah"ish". Boise area is blowing up, kinda techy down that way. Mid to northern Idaho is nice enough. I know a dude that is the equipment manager at a golf course u...

10L Factory Works Project
Thanks to GoMachV, I was able to get started on a RC10L project I picked up on Ebay. I'm using the Factory Works lipo chassis, but had it cut in the natural fiberglass for that old school feel. Still waiting on the body and some odds and ends to button up. Thanks for looking!

Re: Any Idahoans? Considering a move...
What about more to the midwest type thing? Stay clear of Illinois but Montana, Dakotas or Iowa to stay towards the north all have decent state govts and taxes so you might be able to stay away from what your are moving from... No experience but for the whole hate my governor thing here in illinois s...

Re: Dadio's 3D Printing Stuff
Here's how the gears turned out , firstly there is one small blemish , there's a swell in the width of the gear teeth and a slight narrowing either side , it doesn't seem to affect the mesh and its almost certainly because i angled the gears on the bed so i could fit them all in , so printing them f...
