Yet another "happy place in Steve-topia" pretty much finished 🙂 the gun room is about done. Only ones not on the new wall I built are a new tactical 12g which I'll be picking up from my FFL Mon/Tues & the home defense one which stays next to the bed. Everything is not only nicer lookin...

Here's what I got going on.

I got the car Thursday morning. Got it fixed up enough to display at the race. Entered it in the concourse and it won best paint and best of show.

I almost fell for one recently and even posted it on here asking questions, even though I know the prices were too good to be true. They hit you in a pretty legit way to make you believe them. Same with transvestites. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me six times in 3 months, shame on me...

Older, and a lot less wiser

My vintage rc habits have been put on hold all summer as I got more involved with the drag racing side of the hobby. I decided to combine the two, and this is the result.

Sometimes there's that toy grade RC that has some potential to be just fun enough, or maybe made more fun. With some surplus hobby grade spare parts and a little fabrication, it can get new life as a basher. Anyone care to post a project? Mine: a neighbor was letting this well used Protoyo 4wd drift...
