I just realized I hadn't shown off the latest two pieces. All new kits are coming with machined nylon bellcranks, and we have optional aluminum caster blocks now as well. With those two parts, we are just left with 2 printed parts on the car. The bulkhead and front gearbox.

The cuts on the material are made at 45⁰. The layup of g10 is 0⁰ or sometimes 0⁰ 90⁰ so by cutting it from the material at a 45⁰ angle you are changing the way the material flexes.

I spoke with Cheng yesterday and apparently in his kits he does include the 1.02 rear shafts so don't use the CE or Team manuals, use the original Worlds. I'm having the same issues, mine was due Thursday and it's still somewhere out there lol. I wish I could say ups or FedEx were better but it seems like the same service for more money lately.

I actually love chasing stuff like that. Since all 3 gears are different tooth count, you can figure out which one it is by the revolutions or just mark a gear and see if it binds in the same spot every time. If not, mark the next gear and so on. Most of the time it's a tiny burr or piece of shrapne...

They flipped one of the diffs, not sure if front or rear but if you turn the spur the correct direction figure out which end is spinning backwards and slip the diff over. Better yet, grab the manual and start from step 1 and see what else they messed up.

2s is your voltage basically, a 2s is 7.4v (rated, 8.4 or so fully charged). The C rating is how fast it can discharge. Not really a consideration for the speed control. After the feedback I adjusted the holes to the sizes I typically use. I don't like to modify customer files when supplied but once I sell to others I definitely try to add my $.02 haha

Just the standard 3/4" that comes with our kits? I don't keep a lot of them but I can get you set up.
