If You buy a new part, I´d recommend drilling (3mm) the suspension pin holes, all the way thru, both on the front piece and the rear piece. Ebay is Your best chance - Or really spend some time on google using the AE parts numbers.
If You´re looking for vintage parts, be prepared to pay quite a sum. Even the "classic" parts are costly

If You can re-use the rims, any 2.2 truck tire would fit.

The Cat pictured, should be a 98. Shock bodies would be the same, the purple aluminum cartridges on Your shock are a hop-up version and not 98 specific.

Edit:
If You have the blade outdrives it´s most likely borne as a 98. What kind of outdrives does the manual show/refer to?
