I did a little research on this topic a few weeks ago. The above mentioned AE ball studs are 4,3mm metric - so if You use 4,3mm combined with ball studs in Your search, some results should come up. I ended up buying some fastrax (not described as 4,3mm) with cups from a uk seller. They´re a tad smal...

That's a really nice SE btw. 8) I've always liked the graphics on that car.
One color paint job and a bunch of stickers - SWB MID´s in their boxart livery, are easy to do and looks good. Easier to sell, too

Restoring the old 1/8 rail buggies are very time consuming but they do look good when finished.
Holler out if You need spares, I think I have some stashed away somewhere.

Regarding the rear drive shafts - If I recall correctly, You can use the HotDog rear drive shafts. They should have the same spec.

Yes, bottom ones are stock for the Stingers, Optima, Optima Pro and Javelin.

Ball differentials - Slipper modification - Optima Pro body - AND the finned motor plate.

Regarding the rear shock mount and wing mount -
Shock mount = LAW7
Wing mount = UMW-1
I didn´t do a proper build thread :wink:
