I would love another JR-T. Built one from parts a few years ago. Built my first in 1988. I could build another right now, NIB would be fantastic. I raced a JRX-2 back in the day. When the JRX-T came out, I wanted one so bad, but it wasn't in my budget at age 12 lol. That JRX-2 is the one car I regr...

Rebuilding a vintage javelin to be a runner

Hey guys, I have an original 80s javelin that I'm rebuilding to be a runner. I got this in the late 80s and I don't think I was able to drive it that much until the MSC shorted out. Went into storage after that. I've read that the original gears are made of cheese so I'm looking for advice on what t...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - January 2022 ** - Winner - LTO_Dave

I am very surprised it's so close. When I saw LTO-Dave's submission, I knew it was GAME OVER. That is such an amazing build. Not many folks have the skill and capability for a build of that level.

Re: Rebuilding a vintage javelin to be a runner

It's been a long while since I've had my car apart so I really don't recall many of the details. For the front diff, if you run the chain, then you can continue to run the car's original front diff assembly - the specs for the chain is the same. If you switch to belt drive however, the front diff as...

Re: RCCA monster truck shootout May 1988

As said above I wore that issue out too. I'm pretty sure some of the pages are still stuck together...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)

At the store this morning picking up Buffalo chicken dip supplies for the games today and ran into this. I can't see how anyone could possibly mistake this for a trash can.🤔

I kinda forgot I made this years ago. 4200 views, probably my record! My proudest moment is the warning that came up first. Won't let me embed it.

Meanwhile, in Australia....

This little guy was above my desk this morning.... only a small one, about 4 - 5 inches across. One minute he was on the far wall, next minute he had crossed the room and was above my head.... then he disappeared
