I played battleship for shots yesterday and woke up without a hangover.
Today I ate pizza.
Found some random vintage associated parts on the shelf of a hobby shop.
All in all this feels like a win.

Re: Have Good News - Please post it here
I like the concept of this thread with all that's going on. How about a debacle I've been dealing with for 5 months now with a happy ending? It's a decent read due to my advanced linguistical abilities. :P First and foremost my computer is my life. The only time it's off is when I'm sleeping, and it...

Re: Impress Formula 1 build thread
Later this week I will be continuing my original build, but I just wanted to show another parts car I bought some time ago: IMG_2381.jpg This is an Impress with the suspension kit front end installed, plus almost all other options (alloy diff, carbon chassis, alloy shock, alloy t-bar mount, carbon r...

Re: Impress Formula 1 build thread
The Cross set comes with three spring rates, soft, medium, and hard, with the medium set being as hard as the hard set from Kyosho. After taking the front arms apart and then bolting the front end back together, I went to have a look at the friction damper. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the a...

Re: Have Good News - Please post it here
Hi All, I received some good news today. I’ve been looking for a new home for quite a while now but so far have always missed out or something just doesn’t pan out. Anyway was driving through my suburb of choice and just had a feeling I needed to drive through a particular street and low and behold ...

Re: Have Good News - Please post it here
I had major emergency abdominal surgery 3 years ago, and when I woke after the operations (unconscious for the full first month), I discovered my ankles and feet were now paralyzed. At the time, we lived in a small house, and all my RC gear was in my workshop in the basement, where I now had no way ...

Re: Impress Formula 1 build thread
Thanks. The latest controversy that led to the stewards taking a ridiculous amount of time to penalize some drivers was actually the reason I though I'd do something F-1 related not related to the current season  So, after getting some new superglue I fixed up the carbon axle, flipped it 180 de...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
I like Raccoons, but they seem to have a real affinity for my house over the last couple of years. I caught this one Friday night and it's a record breaker. Probably 30 pounds getting ready for winter.
Relocated safely.

Re: RC10DS - Lamborghini Gallardo
Cool car. Thanks man....that was a cool body setup but she has been transformed to this - a Murcielago body with Countach wheels... Here is the link to the updated thread. Front shocks had to be modified for the ride height to be correct to accommodate the body and give it the proper look. https://...

Team A&L bellcrank mold
This mold had been sitting at the injection mold shop since April 1991. Originally there was a one million pull guarantee so long as the mold lived at the shop. We never hit that so it was technically still under warranty. Unfortunately the injection shop went through a change in ownership a couple ...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
An Associated RC250 club racer from Oregon. It comes with a custom aluminum top radio tray instead of the traditional fiberglass or plastic. Its equipped with an .21 OS RF engine with slide valve carb. This will be a nice restore project. I have new spur gear and bumper on the way. https://live.stat...
