the plastic parts just try to save them and take care during disassembly they dont exist only on Ebay.........................

Not always, but I had several with it written on the armature with a marker.
On many of the stock motors, look for visual clues. Different cans and endbell designs were often used on different iterations.

It’s way too large of a footprint, has no differential (but you can change the speed of the two sides...oval anyone?!), and the outdrives are way too far apart. I bought one to see what it was all about, it’s not a viable option at all.
