Just a thought on the steering, can you flip the steering lever so that the linkage is in the centre of the buggy like the blue eagle ls it means the servo will be off centre but at least it won’t foul on the top plate

B4 with B6 front end and Yokomo shocks. Ran it at the track with different tires. Really not bad. Full range of motion. The ProSE initially came with the LRM transmission w/slipper. Retrofit & Hydra-Drive came later..
