Re: Reedy Modifieds - which one would be your favorite?
To me, the green label Ultra series is the iconic Reedy Modified. When i looked over the printed race results in the magazines, that's what I remember the top racers having. Same for most of the local fast guys. My current search is for a yellow label. Know anyone that has one? 🤣 . PXL_20230221_1214...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2023 ** - Winner - coxbros1
Here is an RC10 buggy that I am very fond of. I purchased this many many years ago from our good friend Don, RIP buddy. A few details, it has Andy's arms up front, RPM's on the back. Anodized chassis and such. LRP Runner speed control and a Futaba S3003 servo. Thanks Don. 20230308_155028.jpg 2023030...

Power Racing Products OM-10 Conversion
Here's a Power Pacing Products OM-10 conversion for the RC10L that I recently finished. There isn't much info out there on this one, and only one magazine article on the company's later MID conversion. This conversion uses a narrow lower rear pod and t-bar with a proprietary bolt pattern. It also in...

Re: Esc recommendations
I would suggest the Hobbywing 10BL120 ESC as a good budget level ESC. I use this with a Surpass 13.5 motor in my Tekno EB410.2 and in RT6 17.5 truck and RB7 buggy as well. There are certainly better units if you are chasing the bleeding edge of performance, but is is a reliable option for recreation...

Re: Esc recommendations
Hey there, I'm planning on racing my rc10 in a 17.5 class. I've been looking the hobbywing justock and stock spec esc's and the 17.5 motor combo also. Any input on a solid performance esc and motor would be greatly appreciated. I've also considered something used, possibly novak or lrp if they woul...

Re: Esc recommendations
I have not raced since 2017 and I use LRP flow, but undoubtedly Hobbywing are the market leader, I did briefly have a HW xerun 120A which is available cheap but for a stock class Mikea96 suggestion is solid especially if you intend to race in blinky class.

morrisey0's Trackmaster Oval Car
I picked up this super rusty POS earlier this week, and have cluttered up a couple of other threads with posts about it, so to quit all that I started a thread for it on it's own. Back story: An ad pops up on FBMP for a vintage oval car a couple of hours away from me. Within 10 seconds I see a coupl...
