Whilst Iain is starting the rebuild, this absolutely epic period shot of my XL popped out of the loft yesterday. This was the day i received it - can't beat an 80's Christmas morning scene, complete with gas fire, retro TV and dressing gown! You can just about make out the early rounded grey bumper ...

I love the vintage paint scheme.

Sadly, even that beautiful paint scheme cannot disguise the hideousness of a cab forward body.

That's got a very nice crisp look ,can't go wrong with yellow and black ! The wheels really bring out the shine !

The 2020 VONATS were a blast, and after a 9 year racing hiatus, I did ok in both of my classes. I decided to add a 3rd class, and the main inspiration behind it was the Ten4 buggy. My version is going to be based on the “Old Is New” style buggy, using the Klein Arms, and 10T shock towers and shocks....
