Re: Thinking about dyno's for brushed motors
Coelacanth awsome pic and chart. This is exactly why lemans motors are by far the most classic best looking ever. Yeah there were faster motors, but these are legendary. Derek and me have done all that rpm dyno testing and its fun, but in my opinion, after actually testing all motors in same car, th...

Re: Jrx2 vs jrxt chassis
Derek really worked hard on that chassis and breathed in alot of graghite with no mask to make that chassis look like a jrx2. Please read his build thread.

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2021 ** - Winner - dinglem
This is the REAL DEAL folks. An all original Hotshot beater that my brother Derek (coxbros1) and I purchased off ebay and restored. It is a great runner too, not just a shelfer. Be sure to check out the fuctioning heat sinks that we all remember burning the hell out of your fingers and the Tamiya vi...

Re: Turbo Optima mid (SE???)
Yep Chuck, cant wait to see progress on this one. PLEEEAASSE go box art when you do the body. And you will need the sway bars if u go SE paint. The turbo mid se was definelty one of my all time favorite cars. The platinums are the best shocks ever also, so classic. That mega motor will work for now,...

Re: Turbo Optima mid (SE???)
Gotcha doug, Springfield is way north of us. If those shocks leak it is the tiny inner orings. I have never found replacements. I did buy a nip front set that came with 4 extra and i used them on my leaking ones and it fixed it. Mounting upside down is only other option.
