Re: Back In My Day ..................

Bozo was just slightly before my time. I know of him, but his program was no longer on. You callin' me old??  It was on WGN before school. Kids would win a prize based on how many buckets they could land a ping pong ball in. If you made it to the last one you won a bike. A Schwinn if I r...

Re: Back In My Day ..................

Turns out that the entertainment industry pushed for copyright protection and ended the era of being able to record with a VCR, which turned them into players only, or VCP. Re: Back In My Day ..................

I then remember my first apartment in Va Beach, Va, in 1992, and we lived across the str...

Re: off topic: fry sauce

If you like that, then you'll like PB and honey with bacon bits. Came up with that one back in high school while grabbing a snack at a buddy's house. Sweet and savory, great combination! 8) And since I threw out my PB & M sandwich secret, this opens the door to my other odd sandwich. PB and Bac...

And look how you turned out

A local restaurant growing up that's now out of business sold a "honey lovin Jimmy Carter peanut butter bacon burger". Never tried it though!

Re: off topic: fry sauce

I've never understood "stacked" BMs like that. I mean, if I want food, I'll order food, I don't want it on top of my drink. Kinda ruins the experience of both food and drink I honestly don't either, nor do I care a whole much for BMs. I posted it as a joke along with my statement. It's a ...
