If it's real, I would have to think it's the MIP project that will be tied to AE. I can't imagine both MIP and AE are working on the same thing.

Yes, Tamiya changes the front tyres slightly on the re-re kits, and as a result, omitted the labelling. There was a vendor on ebay re-producing the correct tyres a few years ago, I used them on my original restoration and they are perfect copies IMO. They didn't have to spend a lot on R&D costs.... :lol: Too soon :lol: I spoke with Curtis yesterday, we are all good. Ultimately they did what I wanted to do- molded parts, refinements, etc that only a company with money could do. I like what they did (maybe not the way they went about it, lol)...
