Re: Jammin Jay RC10
Looking through the documentary “RC10 the winning edge with Jammin’ Jay Halsey” I noticed two more decals on the rear of the body. Some other small details emerged as Jay’s father Jim talked about geometry, weight distribution, tires and electronics. I know Jay and his father did many alterations ov...

Re: Oops, bought a clanger ZX
 Other than that, I'm getting close to fitting the shell. Put bearings through the steering too, and bored with Kyosho golds, and this one came with one(?) Long gold shock. Got a heap of these closeout shocks and they are really good quality, better than even associated B4 stuff. And at the ti...

Re: RC10 Green Edition - Build
The original yellow can Easy-off is what you’re going to want to use. Your going to have to babysit it but it’ll definitely get it done and quick

Serpent F190 - 1/8th Scale Modern F1
I recently got this kit. I think it's a great looking car and unique in this scale. It's 4WD, which is one aspect I don't love as it's not true to the real cars, but I can understand why it's necessary if you want a competetive car. The build is high quality, but let down by a few design flaws and p...

Re: The BMX (and other bikes) thread
So back on page 1, I mentioned that I had no pics of my bikes. While I did eventually find 1 or 2, none were of my Haro FSX. I couldn't remember any ever being taken. A year or so ago my sister found some. I got it for my birthday in 88 or 89, so I was 11 or 12.

Re: Oops, I did it again. Offerup RPM Ultramold
All stripped down and ready for cleaning and reassembly. Looks to be in really nice (by my standards) condition. But definitely run hard and fast, good since I plan on doing the same. Shelf queens are cool, but seeing them in action is where it's at.

Re: RC10 Green Edition - Build
Spent about an hour learning how to not ruin anything. A bit of a mess.

Should get faster from here on out, now that I have the method down, and am not worried about ruining anything.

Re: RC10 Green Edition - Build
Was polishing the first shock, as a proof of concept, to see what could be done, or the level of luster that could be acheived. I wasn't thinking that if I take two hours of polishing, and make it look like this: https://i.imgur.com/B3Ag8Qh.jpg https://i.imgur.com/psiSfP1.jpg - now I have to make th...
