It's a Sabula Tech BL2358 Air 1-10, which is made by them using the original Bolink Olds Aerotech mold.

I could never figure out how the top deck was mounted in the ad car. The section under the arms looks like it's mounted flat to the chassis, but from the servo back to the shock mount it looks like it's raises up. I wasn't sure either at first. Nice to see the BTS Liberator! I ran one on my carpet oval LXT and loved how it fit around the rear shocks.
