Very high grip/ carpet = Gear diff
Low/Med grip/ dirt = Ball diff

OK......major problem. Has anyone had any issues with the re-re bulkheads? When the chassis is at rest(perfectly straight) the bulkhead holes don't align. I can't speak to all of them but many are plastic and can't be dyed.

a lot of Tamiya stuff is made of ABS plastic and doesn't really take dye.

That Hobbywing brushed motor is a 555, 5 slot. It's a slow crawler motor.

But there are plenty of other options.
