Progress!......no surprises. 20241025_133535.jpg Printed a set of Nikis quadra arms in polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is inicredibly light and strong but I am a little worried how little they flex......the rear arm mounts are probably a weak point. Problemo #4.....insufficient front travel. So the quardra arms have a bit too much material around the bulkhead mounting.

So Reggie I figured out your buddies problem, the motor plate needs to be shimmed out by about 1mm.

So I added a .040 shim to the JC tranny. Things are lining up a lot better.

Finally got all my tranny alignment issues sorted. Got my bent chassis sorted and my drive line sorted.....I think. So I ordered a Custom Works CVA kit for outlaw 4/Rocket 4. What arrived was a 67mm bone and a 5mm axle which is I think a stock B6 to B6.2 CVA assembly. I had my buddy turn the axle do...

Finally! The holy grail of vintage Schumacher 2wd collectors. A carbon fibre chassis pan thats drilled for all variations of Topcat/Cougar/Cougar 2/Cougar 2 works.
