Re: A LITTLE MORE LOSI HISTORY
Wow, this thread occupied 6 hours of my life today!! From researching old skate videos, looking at ads, and the last 1:36 watching 'Stoked-The Rise & Fall Of Gator' I know this is an older thread, but it brought me back. A week away from my 40th birthday, I fall into the skater/RC racer group. I...

Re: A Few Of My Losi Buggies
I had some spare time, so I thought I'd pull a few of my restored Losi buggies out for a few photos. I need to finish my XX CR and my XXX BK2 needs paint, but I'll get to them, soon. Might shoot my Losi trucks, next. L - R: JRX2, JRX Pro, JRX Pro SE, Junior 2, XX, XX Kinwald, XX4, XX4 Worlds Editio...

Re: Turbo Mid Score
We're very much hoping that you're okay after the earthquake.
99% certain this is an original wing. Holes appear to be about 27mm back.
Please chime in when you can and let us know how you are doing, okay?

Re: Turbo Optima mid SE
In my search I couldn't find a steel idler gear. I think Thorp may have offered a steel idler. My guess is because the output gear I bought is a Thorp 5021 Hardened Steel Top Counter Gear / OT-86 Upgrade. The Thorpe is a better gear than the Kyosho in my opinion. Others may well have offered upgrade...

Re: Post Pictures of your Losi Vehicles
I painted a new body for my XX today. It's flurecent pink fading into flurecent orange and then into white. I tried to keep it old school. I have been racing my XX in a locale vintage 540 class . My XX has been through a few changes lately. CR carbon shock towers and a few other items. I am looking ...

Re: Tamiya Blackfoot , Monster Beetle, Mud Blaster, build tips for you
Man, I was just complaining to a friend about the ridiculous amount of bump steer my freshly built re-release Monster Beetle had. Tried your trick of installing the ball studs on the underside of the servo saver and POW! Gone! You've made my day. Kiora! Glad you found it helpful, seems like you mad...

Re: Schumacher Shock Question
Yes. I swapped those caps onto a set of Storm ST shocks, which are the same as your KC shocks.
I have Storm ST shocks with plastic caps, the KF2 shocks with alloy caps (no bleed screw), and the alloy caps from your pic (with bleed screws). All three caps fit all of my big bore Schuey shocks.
