Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **
Parma California Sport Truck. Hasn't moved under it's own power in 20 years. I did verify that everything still works. I swapped in matching Duratrax electronics and did a little work on it several years ago (battery strap and blue hardware), then lost interest again. The body has seen better days b...

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **
This project frustrates me. I was making great progress, and then life got really busy as usual. I feel that it won't get completed for some time. It is sort of a Traxxas SRT-ish Kyosho RT5/6 mongrel... Jeff's Rustler to SRT conversion chassis, white Traxxas 2wd plastics, and the shocks and hubs fro...

Re: EXO Designs Ultima "Mid" Build
I'm curious as well. Could the front up-kick be a different angle? I'm also curious if Exo plans to re-stock this kit? I purchased the last one they had on the shelf. Here's a few pics of what's included.

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **
Here is my perpetually stalled Kyosho Heavy Metal Blizzard. I have all the parts to make it complete, a nice original body.. but it could really use a new tub and the gears have some wear.. but I later bought a nib kit, so this has been on the back burner for years. The Heavy Metal is one of my holy...

Kyosho Wild Dodge Ram
In 1997 Kyosho brought a new 1/10 4wd Nitro Monster Truck to market, the Wild Dodge Ram. The Ram shared its mechanicals with the Field Baja Beetle which was released at the same time, but neither were based on a previously existing platform. Their new underpinnings consisted of a full-length aluminu...

Re: The RC10 4wd
nothing firm, the car he had was still using many vintage parts so the new molds are likely not made yet. He said the carriers and steering arms will be machined nylon so those should be straightforward. Even the belts he had were vintage parts. He also said that once he gets back from the race its ...

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **
Well, I think my Schumacher Daytona project is an obvious candidate for this competition..... as a few people have been telling me! I remember looking at images and details of the Daytona back when they were initially released, in 1992/1993. At the time, I had a Schumacher Nitro 10, and the t...

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **
I'll jump in! I guess mine isn't too bad, but I started with a complete roller and ended up with most of a slider after three years. THIS is my unicorn. When my parents brought me to the hobby store back in 1990 and asked which kit I wanted, I pointed to the blue and white buggy that looked like a s...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Went to see a guy regarding a XXX Cr.
It was nice, so I bought it. However...I sort of got two more cars... And a lot of spares and wheels. Wasn't cheap, but so what?

Re: Jconcepts JCI 10T bodies
They have had the narrow one for several years. I have two of them, with MCI decals. They also have a nice F-150 body for the 10T. They are both new bodies because AE wanted their 10t mold back. The rear wheels have bolt in hubs similar to the Yoke adapter so the can be used on 1/4 and 3/16 axles. ...
