Re: Losi XXT Restoration Project
And the restoration is complete. Had a horrible paint experience with my paints going bad but I consider it good enough.
I couldn’t find new old stock rear wheels so I printed up a matching set.

Re: Losi Double XT CR Modern Racer
Spent a little time with the truck while I wait on parts. B7 HD ballstuds and ball cups work flawlessly- Found a couple tricks to lower the truck and raise the roll center- Waiting on alloy steering rack, servo, transmission cases, hex wheels and hex adaptors, all the rest of the electronics...again...

Re: POS Runner of the Month - March 2025
Done. It has been a long week. After seeing everyone's "work", I have some ideas from the parts bin for future entries. There were some tired cars posted.

Re: Losi JRX Pro SE build
The body I will be using is this Protoform 1503 "Ripper" It's specific to the SE. I like the look of the large central air scoops, especially the upper one. I think I will cut it out to make it functional. These Jammin wing cam locs are some uber rare pieces. I think they would be a great ...

RC8b4 nitro kit questions
Figured this would be ok here, since we don’t have a designated 1/8 scale forum…I think!?! Got a couple of quick questions about this car, but first I wanted to share the back story cause it’s pretty cool! So a few months ago I met a younger than me guy that lives a few houses down. He happened to s...

Re: The RC10 4wd (or how AE stole the Ten4 project)
Took a few comparison pics along the way compared to our 2015 original Ten4. Still working on sourcing a set of our original Robinson made pulleys and idlers to show for comparison, but they went 15t which is exactly what we did, and the same belt as well. They will find that this skips a lot, as we...

Re: RC10 B1 Mid Motor Laydown Buggy
Your knowledge of Japanese is most excellent.

Unfortunately I don't know who Mike is, but I'm going to do my best to be like Mike
and have this be a fast car. I will add a run video once I get the rear skid plate added and a little practice to dial it in.

AE RC10 4wd .step files
Obviously not from AE, these were taken from the parts as I built the kit. If anyone wants to play with them, here ya go. Probably not 100%, but should be a real good start. These measurements taken from the kit parts, and have not been adjusted at all for 3d printing. You may need to open up holes,...

Re: POS Runner of the Month - March 2025
It's interesting to see what everyone considers to be a POS. Lack of premium parts, or battered and beaten. Some are pretty nice rigs, some are barely hanging together. There are some fixes that I wouldn't have thought of, like GrePo's washers replacing a wheel bearing. I feel bad for the axle thoug...
