I started making this chart. If the more experienced members could modify it as they think it should be or let me know how to modify it that would be swell. I plane to measure actual overall shaft and body dimensions and plug them in to the chart to be able to have a list were we can easily identify...

States they are 2.0” wheels.

I do believe that the tq70's are a 2.0 tire. AE used to have a 2.0 front wheel that looked like the 2.1 TQ wheel. Don't recall the part number.

#6870H is the TQ-70, it’s a 2.125”

I was looking into hardness a little more since my previous post. I don't think the B70 is going to cut it, even though those washers are pretty much identical dimension wise. Here's another option with C44 hardness. They are a little thinner, but these might actually do the trick. I'm no expert on...
