It's a silver can with a crimped/locked in place endbell with bronze bushings so it's definitely a stock class motor. Yours says ROAR 91 so that's the stock class spec that it meets.

It's a 27T, 24° motor.
Regardless of what it was originally sold as, I'd likely put this label on it.

Looks like some old self stick compression wrap. I think it is also called "Coban" in the medical world. It's like an ACE bandage that sticks to itself. SO: Bitd it was sold in cool colors and a couple of wraps around your motor/endbell kept the chunks and dirt out while still allowing som...
