“Race Clod”
Here’s the start of my first ever Clodbuster build. Really no clue how to build a monster truck and I don’t always like to build off of proven platforms so I’m going back to my old school crawler roots and scratch building as much as I can. Here’s the beginning of what I’ll be starting with. I have ...

Past couple days deliveries. All the motors seem to run really good during quick initial test. Trinity 1987 Joel "Magic" Johnson signature 17x3 modified Team Losi Revolution yellow label (not sure what turn, etc..?) Trinity Speedworks 427 4wd 16x2 modified (seller stated and looks to be ne...

Re: Futaba MC109
Nice esc & not easy to come by. Released 1987, 150A/450A & rated at an 18T limit. 3 wire fwd & Brake. I did have a copy of an MC110 manual, which is similar, on my laptop but lost it due to a knackered hard drive although they're straightforward to set up. If you decide to get shot of it...

Re: Tamiya discontinued items?
As far as I know nobody here works for Tamiya. If you want insider info you would probably want to ask the insiders. We are just a group of guys that play with toy cars. I’ll keep my nose out of your threads from now on. Sorry for wasting your time.

M-05 based VW singlecab
Picked up a nos HPI VW bus a few weeks back, and decided to use a M-05 chassis. To get the fat tires to fit I had to narrow the front & rear track. Also went with rear cantilever shocks. Wheels are HPI cup racer 4 spoke. Front tires are HPI cup racer 26mm wide, and the rears are some fat tires I...

Re: Motors Storage
This is a good question and it does depend on a few factors really. What kind of a condition are your motors in and how have they been stored previously? Will you be getting them rebuilt and the magnets addressed prior to storage and will you be potentially using them in the future? I guess what I a...

RPM molded chassis build
52833E40-89D3-4710-B5B0-5A844A06D7E6.jpeg Hi all, This is one of my current projects, coming along nicely I think but not yet finished. I would like to use an RPM transmission case, but that will require some work on the housing to make it fit. You just have to love the look of the translucent RPM ...

My son age 22 has Asperger's or autistic spectrum disorder , he is currently at the end of a 2 year engineering diploma , in the first year he was nailing it , top of the class and rightly so , he was staying on in college for two or three extra hours a day studying , he really worked for it ! Orangemazda’s RC10CE 1.5 build
Hey guys, I’ve seen some cool T2 based buggy builds including Scr8p’s RC10 1.5 builds. I thought it would be cool to build a car as if Associated had designed the RC10 championship edition 1.5 version. So here it is. . 4339B740-6B4B-4FC6-85AF-AA28AA949437.jpeg E7314660-77A9-415D-961B-B2FCA77A40AD.jp...

Re: 2014 Beetle
Got it all wired up. - This car doesn't have much room for a traditional antenna wire, so I had to wrap a good bit around a spool (Traxxas 1926) and attach it to the side of the receiver. - The tub has an opening in the bottom to pass the motor leads through, keeps it clean. - The car is setup to h...

Re: Traxxas cars... I get it now
The bandit and rustler date back to 1994 as well, making them really the only “classic” still produced in almost its exact original form. Traxxas is making a killing and they just work. You can walk into most any hobby shop and buy parts for them, and their aftermarket is phenomenal. People hate on ...
