Here, drag strips only close for about a month. Mid December through mid January. Track conditions suck in January and February but the air is awesome.

If using the Rooster, I'd verify body clearance first. It is rather bulky compared to many other esc's. I typically use them in trucks.

You can still buy the Stealth diff lube but any ball diff lube works. Most of mine use the inexpensive Arrowmax grease, which seems fine.

Juicedcoupe's idea is pretty smart too... but I can't tell if he's really zoomed in or just using the biggest channel locks he could find :shock: :lol: It is zoomed in so that you can see the slot and that the teeth have been removed from that area. Regardless of brand, I use Tamiya AW grease on all my CVD's. It looks to be a moly-graphite type grease, similar to CRC assembly lube (but thicker).

That has the Airtronics Z plug, which is wired the same as a Futaba J. However, the Z plug is a bit on the "petite" side, requiring you to trim down most other plug housings to fit.
