Got a new ECX Torment slider.
I'm thinking of a sort-of truck/desert buggy build. Nothing crazy, just a few mods and send it.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Reedy had this as well. From what I've read, it was supposedly nice.

I bought one of those used, but almost NIB a few years ago. Soft tires, ok shocks, beat the heck out of it and it still runs. Decent f...

Re: What to do with an RC10 Graphite chassis with gold guard?
Build it.
My graphite car started as just the chassis. Nobody says that it has to be done at one time.

Re: What to do with an RC10 Graphite chassis with gold guard?
If you can share any pictures of your graphite car that would be great too. My graphite car is still an ongoing project. This is how it currently sits, partially mocked up. I'm still collecting parts. Screenshot_20220331-171008_Gallery.jpg Here are a few other parts that will be used on it. Screens...

If your car originally had 1/4" axles, you will need those spacers and the correct rear wheels.

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
My son asked me what that was. He thought the explanation was hilarious.

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
A 90's Escort GT is an antique but that doesn't make it a vintage sports car.

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
In my humble opinion the (sc10)/rc10x.4.x series is an absolute classic that will be what the aluminum pans are to our generation. They were present in the bashing scene but were also really competent racers. It was such a solid design that it started with nicads, brushed motors and am/fm radios and...

Re: Help finding plastic TC shock parts
I think that the 8456 rebuild kit is what they used. There are several on ebay right now.

Re: Shock Cap thread and 1/8" hinge pins
Probably easier to find tubing with the correct ID, then ream the parts to fit the tubing.
The easiest solution is probably to order the correct parts from Lunsford. They still make them.

Re: Motor Collection - Old School Horsepower
Rainy day boredom work. Picked up another Speedworks Monster Mash, this one in much better condition than my other. It didn't need much more than a good cleaning, polish the can, and a new decal. Screenshot_20220405-123913_Gallery.jpg And then there were two. Screenshot_20220405-123859_Gallery.jpg N...
