Not sure what parts you are referring to. The cone and backing plate for a CZ-1 and 2? Because it won’t fit the CZ-R unless you have a crank with the pin on it. Try looking for Beetle re-release wheels, they're identical to Assault wheels apart from the rears being one piece. Part numbers are SCH004Y for the rears and the fronts are SCH003Y. Marwan does repro front and rear tyres or just get the Beetle, Scorpion, Tomahawk tyres.

That's the typical symptom of a broken clutch spring, siezed clutch bearing or a clutch that is shimmed too tight/wrong. It should have some end float when installed properly and should be completely free spinning. Which way do you have the shoes? Got a pic of the clutch set up? Trailing edge engage...
