Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - June 2024 ** - Winner - Frankentruck
Summer 1993. A Works91 in little used condition was for sale at the local hobby store where me and my best friend came regularly for a visit after school. Normally they sold Tamiya stuff only. From first view this Works impressed me like a spaceship. But unfortunatelly not my parents. Thinks got eve...

Re: ** Kyosho JJ Ultima Waffle **
OK guys,
I was hoping to do the drawing tonight, but I think it's probably going to be tomorrow night. Kinda tied up in something and I don't want to have to rush around later. I'll give everyone a heads up before I go live.

Re: my Trinity motor collection
Awesome collection. You can get 1/4" black tape to replace what's there if you ever open them up. I just take a couple pictures of it first before removing the tape.

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - June 2024 ** - Winner - Frankentruck
The month is still early. There are a bunch more votes that have not been cast yet. My son thinks the race driver sitting on the battery box is awesome! He'd go straight to that rally car if it was on the shelf in my home. That FXT belongs in a Futaba sales brochure. It even has a nice set of the ra...

Re: do stock and modified endbells have same diameter?
Just chance. I have an early Speedworks mod can with a P2K endbell and arm, works fine. I also have a Yokomo mod can with a MVP endbell and arm, also works fine. I have motors with mixed and matched cans and endbells that also work. Different brands. On your stock endbell, does it happen to be one w...

Re: do stock and modified endbells have same diameter?
There are indents on the sides of vintage Yoke mod cans that are not on stock cans. The indents stop the metal ring inserts, that the end bells screws onto, from coming out. Also I may be remembering wrong but stock endbells are longer than mods so the indents in a mod can will stop a stock endbell ...
