Factory Works could probably make/may have a taller front tower option or you might consider running some internal limiters to shorten the rebound.

Yeah, Jeff has a few options for different length shocks. I'd recommend soaking all the nylon parts for several days to rehydrate them. Warm (not boiling!) water is best.
