Replaced the used front axles, spindles, uprights and king pins with new parts. Got one of the reissue gold pans that AE have been selling.

They are made from nylon..so yes, they can be dyed.

I’m kinda thinking about doing this now to an extra JRX2 I have.. it can be shortened 1.75” and still retain the 5-link. A rear H arm setup could go 3”

I have that kit.. It’s just a small piece of bent Kydex and some hardware.

Those HPI wheels came with bearing adapters to make them universal. Both the monster truck and buggy wheels were like that. Here is a pic of the adapters…notice the Losi ones are missing because I used them.

Yes, they're both the same part. The wing tubes just press in.
