Stinger MKII Rebuild
I have had my Kyosho Stinger MKII stripped down to the last screw for a few weeks now. I needed shock oil, and diff grease before I could start to rebuild. The car has had quite some use and It took me quite a lot of work just to get the parts moderately clean. Unfortunately, after having worked on ...

AYK RX3000
Hi All. I've come across this car for sale but I know nothing about it. I like the looks and simplicity of the 1/12 on-roaders, and I've been passing on an R/C12e which looks heavily used, and/or aged, and has a horribly painted body, all red, including all windows. The car I've found now is a NIB A...

Removing rust from turnbuckles
I wanted to share my results after trying a couple of methods for removing rust from some turnbuckles. A few I dunked in vinegar overnight along with some ball ends. Another few I turned in a drill while scrubbing them with a fine wire brush. Both methods worked and both have stripped the parts from...

Re: RC10 Chassis Sale
My only consolation is knowing there are two NOS RC10s at a local hobby shop which no one here seems interested in, and which I could probably pick up at any time if I wanted to.

Re: AYK RX3000
Thanks. Yes I’ve been researching the 1/12 AYKs lately, and the RX2000 is definitely also my favorite. But the chances of coming across one are pretty slim. The axle diff is available for sale locally also, but I haven’t gone for it yet. I did, however, get my hands on the RX3000 Porsche 953 which I...

Re: New from UK, Nitro 10 Mk3 engine help
Hi. I got one of these in a lot of incomplete cars. Actually I’m not sure what MK it is. The Irvine 15R in it was completely seized. I’ve disassembled it as far I could and it’s been sitting in kerosene for months now. I should check on it one of these days. Fortunately the lot also included an idén...

Re: Tamiya lot find
I think your wrong about guys here not knowing the prices or trends as you say. There are lots of guys here that collect tamiya, kyosho, marui, yokomo etc... Take a look through the different forums. Hmmm, I could be wrong, but I don't think many users here are familiar with how things are in Argen...

Re: “Blueprint” Scorpion!
