Re: 1/18 scale sprint car
My understanding is that it’s larger all around. They are both 1/18 so the midget would be ballpark 3/4 of the size of a sprint

Re: Stealth trans case ASC 6565 vs ASC 6564
I did this video years ago to demonstrate the poor fitment of the rere case and idler. I think both are at fault, as you can see by the video. My topshaft was not a problem. Some were. The typical top shaft problem is that the slipper hub hits the motor plate. Rere stock shown first Rere idler in 65...

Re: RC10 Graphite 6030 resto
The plastics look nice and bright, is this a NIB kit or have you whitened the nylon parts? Either way, it's going to look very nice. Do you have a body and paint scheme in mind? Thanks guys. It’s an old moderate used kit and the plastics have been hydro peroxide treated. Still missing body, wing an...

Re: A '91 Stealth RC10 project
Awesome paint job. I still have some of that "old" paint... metallic green and a gold spray bomb, unused, plus a bunch of bottles of various colors.

Re: A '91 Stealth RC10 project
Well Doug it's been a great journey watching you build this awesome car. And oddly enough I just, a couple of weeks ago, was pondering if my old pactra paint bottles were still usable. Guess I'll give it a try with my old Paasche. I got a new wing for my original RC10 and could paint to match. BTW, ...

Re: Cheapest Brushless ESC Test and Review
First day on the track with the XX4 yesterday. Esc performed perfect until I clipped a pipe and striped out a servo horn. Got about 15 min run time on it before I broke it. Didn't bother hitting the esc with a temp gun---it was still cool to the touch. I pretty sure my xx4 is going to fail before th...

Re: After 4-yrs...my '91 Stealth has begun
Awesome, Justin, simply awesome ! Can't wait to see this one come together. :D Are you planning to color your printed parts or leave them white? Either way, it's gonna be COOL! 8) Funny you should ask. Below is a photo of a 4-yr old printed part, a vintage battery cup and vintage hub. Seems that th...
